“a Fundamental Concern For Others In Our Individual And Community Lives Would Go A Long Way In Making The World a Better Place We So Passionately Dreamt Of.” — Nelson Mandela

Often the people in society who are in need are the most overlooked. Society and governments aren’t set up to protect everyone who needs it. That’s why charities are here to fill the gaps and provide dedicated resources to help the most vulnerable.

It involves giving money, goods or time and effort to those who need it. It is done without expecting something in return. Giving money or food to poor people is an example of charity.
“At The End, It’s Not About What You Have or Even What You’ve Accomplished. It’s About Who You’ve Lifted Up, Who You’ve Made Better. It’s About What You’ve Given Back.” Denzel Washington

It goes without saying, without the support of people through donations of time, money and items, many charities would simply cease to exist. When you give, lives are saved, animals are rescued, food is grown – you really do make a difference.
